Cindy is a native Texan and attended the University of North Texas. She began her real estate career at an early age while working in a real estate firm during college. Cindy is a multi-million dollar producer and the successful Owner-Broker of a boutique brokerage firm in Dallas,” Cindy McCarty & Associates, LLC and its’ subsidiary, Group Realty. She has gained vast experience in the real estate industry over the past 30 years. Her forte is representing top developers and builders in the Dallas metroplex. She has successfully marketed numerous portfolios of luxury condominium, townhome and new construction developments. She is involved from concept with each project. Beginning with feasibility studies of the land purchase, architecture consultation of the plans & design, marketing for lead generation, lender & title company liason to closings and final conveyance.
In addition to working with developers, she has represented an elite list of clients in single-family home transactions. She conducts her business with integrity and is highly respected by her peers and her loyal clients.
A licensed Broker in Texas and Colorado, Cindy McCarty & Associates, LLC now spans both states to include the Dallas, TX metroplex and Steamboat Springs/Routt County, CO.
When she is not perfecting the latest technology or strategizing with her clients to sell or purchase their next property you will find Cindy outdoors hiking with her two dogs, mountain biking, and skiing in the winter. She is a world traveler, certified scuba diver and volunteers with animal rescue organizations.
