Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Texas Real Estate agent. He attended Texas A&M where he earned degrees in finance and accounting. Starting his career in Dallas, he ultimately landed with a DFW icon, Trammell Crow, working in the commercial real estate sector. As a senior accountant for the Crow Investment Trust, he personally led the financial analysis effort for warehouses constructed, marketed and sold in the Louisville, KY area as well as managed operational accounting and bank relationships for office projects in a three state region.
After a successful period in accounting he was presented an opportunity to move into performance management software sales. Over the last 20+ years as a technical sales specialist, he has sold software solutions to the office of finance for Fortune 100 technology companies like IBM and Oracle. During this time, Steve has earned such accolades as top sales performer/MVP and Manager’s Choice Awards for client service.
As a licensed Real Estate agent, he will leverage his finance and sales knowledge to enhance the marketing of each project! Steve’s strength in applying business and data analytics to the site selection and project sales process is an added value for our clients.
When Steve is not working with clients to successfully market and sell their projects, he enjoys playing guitar at Munger Place Church and is an avid wine enthusiast. He also enjoys the outdoors, heading to Colorado in the summers for wine festivals and in the winters to ski.
